New Job: Children's Museum Indianapolis. 

The Adult Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the volunteer administration strategy for The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis adult, family and group volunteer programs. The incumbent oversees the day-to-day operations of the program including the sourcing, recruitment, placement, management, training and database administration.

The manager works closely with colleagues to support the successful operations of the Intern Program and the Power of Children Awards (POCA) program.  S/he monitors national volunteer trends and applies information as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement and program growth. In concert with the director, the manager assesses opportunities and need for volunteers to enhance program delivery and administrative services.
